The plans have now been submitted to Council and while the approval process moves along we can take the opportunity to further fine tune your selections.
We will ask you to complete a selection process which will confirm all colours, tiles and specific finishes in your home.
Of course! A major difference in service that we provide is flexibility in terms of choice and advice. We provide recommendations to suit the architecture and style of your home, however, you are free to choose fixtures and finishes from many suppliers.
We will refer you to our preferred qualified interior designer who can assist you in bringing together all your ideas for your home.
You will also finalise your kitchen design in this process. This will involve you meeting with our kitchen designer to discuss and complete the final kitchen design.

If it turns out that the selections you have made are different to what appears in the tender, for example, the tender states you have a tiled floor to the main areas and after discussing finishes with our interior designer, you have decided that you now want a timber floor; that’s okay. This is a normal occurrence in the process.
When you finish the selection process, we will provide you with fixed variation costs and credits based on your selections if they differ from the tender. All the variations will be quoted before we start construction, so you can make the decision without pressure.
Council approvals usually take about 6 – 11 weeks. The selection process usually takes about the same time depending on how long it takes to make decisions.
