We collaborate with the best talents in the building industry, capping the number of homes built per year to maintain the highest levels of service and quality control
The quality control systems that we have in place at Camelot Homes distinguishes us from many other builders. A custom built home has numerous components which involve many different tradesmen, materials and finishes. To assist in managing this process, we have researched, developed and tested a detailed quality control checklist throughout the entire building process. This quality control system is in action for the duration of the build and ensures that quality measures are maintained.
Of course you can. But for security and safety reasons, the site will be fenced for most of the construction. We can arrange for you to access the site with a representative of Camelot Homes. We will also be available for you if there are any instances when you feel a site meeting is necessary.
There will be critical stage inspections during the build where your attendance is required. This will be at stages of the build where we have check measures or walk through checks.
Most definitely! Our flexibility and communication is what we are renowned for.
Small changes like finishes or fittings all can be accommodated during the build. Whilst its preferred that all decisions are made well in advance, sometimes things don’t turn out exactly how the client expected. Within reason, we can change anything.
We will quote the costs associated for the changes before we do them and action them as soon as you give the word.
MAJOR CHANGES TO THE FLOOR PLAN & ELEVATIONS
We can make larger more structural changes as well. This will generally involve going back to council to make an application for the changes.
We will guide you through this process to achieve the outcome you want.
These sorts of changes will require significant changes to the cost of the home. We will transparent and quote all costs before they are undertaken.
The contract will provide you with an estimate of how long the construction time will take for your home. Generally, it is an over-estimate and we endeavour to complete your new home prior to the estimated date in the contract.
As we get closer to completion you will be given a hand over date.
Keep in mind if you make lots of changes during the build, the completion date will be affected.
