I have built two family homes, but my first attempt was nothing but chaos. I didn’t know if I could trust another builder again. In the interim I purchased an already built home and years later I found the best builder ever!

Tom embraced the challenges that my customized architecturally designed home had and quoted me a fair price with inclusions that most builders would charge additional to the construction cost.
Signing the contract was a monumental moment for me and I remember sitting across from him shaking his hand and I said, “…two men shaking hands means more to me than a signed contract.” His reply was, “…a signed contract is just a formality and not seen again. From here on forward the entire build is between what you and I discuss.”
Tom arranged an interior designer to assist me with fitout selections. This was a great asset. Appointments were made to consult with various suppliers and I quickly learned that everyone I came across spoke highly of Tom and his workmanship. This was a constant reminder to me that reinforced my mind that I made a good selection and was in safe hands!
Designing a home on paper is very different to the actual build. No surprise things don’t always go smoothly, but what made my decision making easier was I always trusted Tom’s recommendations. Tom made critical decisions on my behalf as if he was building his own family home.
I speak very highly of Mr. Bazdaric, not only as a business owner, but also as an individual. His reliability, trustworthiness, honesty, professionalism, respect, kindness and courteousness to others is a breath of fresh air. I am honoured to call him my builder and friend.
