Our custom designed dream home had been on the drawing board undergoing refinement and tweaks for about 10years. It was also made quite challenging and complex due to our family working and living overseas in Hong Kong throughout the planning, design and build of it. However, when we were introduced to Tom and Reka Bazdaric in 2017 we just clicked and immediately knew from the outset that we had made the right choice and the pressure would be taken off us from this point onwards. They were so in tune with our ideas and completely understood what our vision was. We provided a brief to create a large scale elegant Hamptons inspired home that could be a place for our friends and family to spend days, weeks or even months in a luxurious, well appointed and comfortable setting. This, we feel, they have achieved in spades!

Nothing we threw at them was too much and negotiations were made simple and professional even when compromises had to be made. We felt that he’s a man that clearly prides himself on the finer points and a level of detail that only someone with his many years of experience would care to know.
